FREE Logbook for daily blood glucose recording! You do not have to be our patient to receive this free booklet. Just stop by our office. One booklet per person is available while supplies last.

People with diabetes feel better when their blood glucose levels are properly managed.  If you suffer from diabetes, you deserve to feel good. Now, there’s something you can do about it.  The logbook will help you learn how food, medication and exercise affect your blood sugar.  That knowledge will help you make healthy decisions to better manage your diabetes.  Rest assured,  our staff pharmacist will show you how to work with your logbook.  

Remember to show your OneTouch Logbook to your doctor during your next office visit.  This logbook may be helpful for improving your A1C.  A1C is a test that shows how well you have controlled your blood sugar over the previous 3 months.  Ask your doctor which goals are right for you.
